Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Smartified Tech, we aim to deliver our products and services promptly and efficiently across Bangalore.

Service Availability

We currently offer shipping and onsite service only within Bangalore. For outstation inquiries, please contact us directly.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation, depending on availability and location.

  • Installation services are scheduled separately, based on customer availability and technician slot.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery is free for orders above ₹3,000 within Bangalore.

  • For orders below ₹3,000, a nominal delivery charge of ₹200 may apply.

  • Special delivery requests (same-day, express) may incur extra charges.

Order Tracking

  • We will update you via WhatsApp or email with expected delivery times once the order is dispatched.

  • Real-time tracking may not be available for all items, especially for services and custom-installed equipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our team will attempt delivery up to 1 time. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, rescheduling charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery.

  • Report any issues within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Damaged or missing products will be replaced at no extra cost, subject to verification.
