Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Refunds
We offer smart home automation, CCTV, and networking services. If you’re unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Advance Payment Policy
​A partial or full advance may be collected before confirming appointments. This is non-refundable if the cancellation is initiated by the customer within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Product Returns
Products sold and installed (e.g., cameras, routers, automation devices) cannot be returned once opened or installed. In case of defects, manufacturer's warranty will apply.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fee. For last-minute changes, charges may apply.
