Payment Policy
Effective Date: April 8, 2025
At Smartified Tech, we ensure flexible and secure payment methods for all our services and product purchases.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:

✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

✅ Bank Transfers (IMPS/NEFT)
 - 
✅ Cash on Delivery (for select products & services within Bangalore)
 - 
✅ Online Payment Links (shared via WhatsApp or Email)
 
Advance Payment
- 
A minimum advance payment of 50%–70% is required to confirm product orders or schedule service appointments.
 - 
Remaining balance is payable upon completion of installation or delivery.
 
Full Payment Requirement
- 
For custom solutions or orders above ₹10,000, full payment may be requested in advance.
 
Invoicing
- 
A digital invoice will be shared upon successful payment.
 - 
GST-inclusive invoices are available on request.
 
Late or Failed Payments
- 
Delay in payment after service may result in temporary suspension of support.
 - 
Returned cheque or failed online payments will incur applicable bank charges.
 
Secure Transactions
- 
All payment information is handled securely. We do not store card or UPI details.
