Warranty Coverage
Item Type : Warranty Duration
CCTV Cameras : As per manufacturer (usually 1-3 years)
Smart Home Devices : As per manufacturer (usually 1-3 years)
Network Routers & Switches : As per manufacturer (usually 1-3 years)

Warranties apply only to hardware defects or installation-related issues.

Physical damage, water damage, or user modifications are not covered.

📞 Phone/WhatsApp Support: Available Mon–Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM

🛠️ Onsite Support: Available within Bangalore city limits.

🔁 Remote Support: Available for basic troubleshooting and software issues.
Service Visit Charges

Within warranty: Free visit for covered issues

Outside warranty: ₹1000–₹3000 per visit (depending on location & issue)
